ICT in Real Estate Project Rating Review

Jaynt kumar

Abstract

In this time of contest every item must be assessed based on its properties, characteristics and execution. For the purpose of evaluating any product or service, various parameters must be established based on the observed factors. Based on these parameters, a rating should be provided as a final result for comparing it to other similar items. The real estate market is one of the major segments of the Indian economic market that calls for a uniform rating. The portion of the study that was carried out to guide a construction company with a primary pattern of skeleton is briefly discussed in this study to get an idea of the amount of ICT (information communication technology) used for various building project management processes. The star rating of structures is presented by different associations in India. Current structure offers a lot of data correspondence innovations (ICT). The boundaries utilized depend on expansive regions like, security, energy use. The technique being conventional, any further number of important boundaries can be added. The strategy shapes an overall structure for rating the ICT framework in star rating of canny structure. The technique has decided the base fundamental score that different star evaluations would have. The strategy was tried in four different structure projects in India. The technique created by this paper will supportive to both the designer and the client.
