Analysis of Various Properties of Ferrochrome Slag and its Application in Embankment and Pavement Material

Amresh Bhushan, Bikram Prasad

Abstract

Various undertakings are being made to use the mechanical squanders as other advancement material to screen the regular resources and convincing utilization of the cutting edge waste to proceed with the industrialization. Nevertheless, obliged attempts have been made to portray Indian ferrochrome slag as an advancement material. In the work an exertion has been made to describe the ferrochrome slag as a bank and asphalt material. Distinctive research facility tests relating to Geotechnical and highway material portrayal has been made and the outcomes have been compared and normal soil. An exertion additionally has been made to utilize balance out the low quality, lingering soil as far as increasing its strength and California Bearing Ratio values.
