Abstract

In a stark contrast of tech retail and the brick-mortar retail outlets, the entire retail industry has evolved in a tremendous rate with time and age. This evolution has also ear-marked a notable change in the user experience for the end client/customer.

The traditional shops/outlets grew into multi-branded malls, exhibitions and expo’s that multiplied the exposure and stocks available for the customer. Customers preferred a one-stop-shop solution for all their retail needs. It was convenient and most importantly saved on time for the busy modern day man. Malls became a hub of retail shopping that was clubbed with entertainment and dine-out services for a more wholesome and fun experience.
