Abstract

Housing or Lodging has broadly been recognized to be a multifaceted arrangement of energy and climate issues that allows a fragile harmony between the requirements and needs of the general public. However Housing is still a major structure square of the metropolitan center of urban areas and a significant benefactor of fossil fuel byproducts and changes are required in their plan to guarantee the emanations are brought down. The progressions remember the dependence for sustainable power, reusing of assets and utilization of suitable innovation that are modified to the end-client. And the impact of environmental change is by and large capable all throughout the planet to incorporate rising ocean water levels, surrounding temperatures that would effect on the indoor solace of those in structures. Advancement of low and Zero Energy Houses [1] could be a potential answer for diminish the energy and ecological weights related with this area. The article presents the necessities and possibilities of Zero Energy Houses in the urban context of Bangladesh with a critical and continuous exploration project on the advancement.
