A Co Relational Study on Internet Addiction and Aggression Among Teenagers

Abstract


Aggression is a common problem, especially among teen agers. There are a lot of reasons of aggression in the youngsters. Addiction of any type is one of these reasons. Exis use of inter net is also considered as an addiction, as it affects the user’s behavior as any other addiction. In the present study the researcher found a positive co relation between internet addiction and aggression. A sample of 250 were taken from different school and college students. Findings reveal that internet addiction and aggression are positively co related. It is found that excise use of internet increases aggression in teen agers.
