Abstract

Among women of reproductive age, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is the most prevalent hormonal condition. Polycystic ovaries, hyperandrogenism, and irregular menstrual cycles are some of its characteristics. The assessment and management of polycystic ovarian syndrome are explained in this activity, which also briefly goes over the function of the interprofessional team in treating patients with this illness.
