Cardiovascular Disease Prediction System using Data Mining

Abstract


Data Mining has a wide area of applications in real world. It has potential to develop an analysing system for various kinds of data. Many areas include healthcare, e-commerce, agriculture, airlines where huge amount of data processed to give useful representations. This paper mainly focuses on Data Mining applications in healthcare sector specifically for prediction of Cardiovascular Diseases in a patient by taking symptoms dataset as input. This is implemented using Naive Bayes classification and gives result in graphical format which can be easily understood by users.
