A Survey on Shrewd Power Meter to Recharge Power-Driven Vehicles in Shared Parking Spaces

Prajwal A, Gavina C.G

Abstract

In numerous nations individuals live in thickly populated zones, particularly in apartments. Because of the expansion of cars for a family, designers started to include underground shared parking spaces to permit the vehicle to securely keep parked when not in use. Because of the electrical vehicles and their anticipated number of sales in the upcoming future, battery charging will be challenging. In this paper, the concept of an IoT based shrewd power meter which can be fixed in parking spaces, including both public and private ones. The key notion is that all the parking spaces should serve us as the portable charging points, and considering the environment of shared parking spaces, we need a scheme to calculate and bring about the power spent by the charging of vehicle.
