Usha B A, Sangeetha K N, Cheruku Yasaswini

Abstract

This paper explores strategies of business intelligence in health care. Business intelligence existed long before the term "technology" was coined. The primary goal of Corporate Intelligence (BI) is to transform unstructured business data into valuable and meaningful information. Unstructured data that is well-managed has been shown to aid in the identification and creation of new business possibilities on numerous occasions. According to LinkedIn, there are 147 industries, and Business Intelligence plays a critical part in most of them. Business intelligence is seen as a benefit in the Sales & Marketing sector because it aids in the identification of client buying behavior, demographics, and other vital data, making your operation more efficient. In the logistics and transportation industry, something similar occurs. Understanding logistics data used to be a challenging task, but since the implementation of BI, data such as driving behavior, routing and scheduling, turnaround time, utilization reports, financial reports, and fuel analysis reports have become much easier to determine, and BI has also played an important role in the healthcare industry.
