A Fractal Full Round Patch Antenna in THz Frequency Region

Abstract


A microstrip line took care of round fractal curve stacked circular shaped patch antenna is introduced for Super Wide Band (SWB) activity in THz recurrence space. Impedance matching over the whole working recurrence band is gotten by scratching a round molded space from the transmitting patch and utilizing a round formed incomplete ground plane. The fractal structure is reasonably installed with the transmitting patch so the lower edge recurrence of activity of the proposed plan is adequately decreased and the receiving wire can work over the whole range of 0.1 THz to 10 THz (with ratio impedance bandwidth speed of 100:1) for S₁₁≤-10 dB.
