Abstract


Obstetric Mirror Syndrome : A Rare and Complex Pregnancy Complication Obstetric Mirror Syndrome (OMS) is a rare and poorly understood pregnancy complication characterized by the simultaneous occurrence of fetal hydrops and maternal edema, with mirror-like symptoms in both the fetus and mother. This syndrome poses significant risks for both maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality.
