Renaissance Housing Patterns

Abstract


     Renaissance in European history from the 14th to 17th century was regarded as the cultural link between the middle ages and modern history. It began as a cultural movement in Italy in the medieval period and later extended to the rest of Europe, establishing the beginning of the modern age. The renaissance began in Florence in the 14th century. Various theories have been projected to describe its genesis and distinctiveness., focusing on a variety of fraction including social and civic custom of Florence at the time, Medici, the dominant family were patrons of political structure and the migration of Greek scholars; texts to Italy following the fall of Constantinople. During the Renaissance, religious art was very popular. This influenced the most architectural projects involving Churches, Cathedrals, Temples, Tombs and Baptisteries many other structures including Palaces, Mansions, Libraries, Hosipitals were made.
