Financial management is a cornerstone of effective project management, playing a critical role in planning, executing, and closing projects successfully. This report examines the essential financial management practices required for managing projects, including budgeting, cost estimation, financial forecasting, and risk management. Through a comprehensive literature review and an in-depth case study, the report highlights the significance of sound financial management in achieving project objectives. The findings underscore the importance of integrating financial management with project management processes to enhance decision-making, control costs, and ensure project success.
