AI CAREER PATH ADVISROR
Abstract
The AI Career Path Advisor is an intelligent web-based system designed to assist students and professionals in identifying suitable career paths based on their skills, academic background, and interests. This project integrates machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) techniques to analyze user inputs such as uploaded resumes, educational details, and career goals. Using a trained recommendation model, the system provides personalized career suggestions, required skill improvements, and relevant learning resources. The application is built using Flask for backend integration and HTML/CSS for an interactive and user-friendly frontend interface. By leveraging AI-driven decision support, this system aims to bridge the gap between individual potential and career opportunities, helping users make informed and data-driven career choices efficiently.
