Abstract


The Result Portal is a centralized web-based academic result management system designed to enhance secure and efficient distribution of student academic records without relying on manual or paper-based processes. It enables students, faculty, and administrators to connect seamlessly through a role-based digital platform for result access, bulk data management, and academic tracking while eliminating the risks of data inaccuracies, unauthorized access, and administrative delays. The system uses strong JWT-based authentication and bcrypt encryption to ensure complete confidentiality and introduces an automated GPA and CGPA computation engine for real-time academic performance tracking without manual intervention. Built for scalability and accessibility, the Result Portal provides fast and reliable academic data management across institutions, offering a security-focused alternative to traditional manual result distribution systems and meeting the growing demand for efficient, transparent, and digitally accessible academic management solutions.
