Abstract


This review paper critically examines the current landscape of human resource management (HRM) practices, focusing on emerging trends, challenges, and innovative strategies. Through a synthesis of existing literature and empirical research, the paper identifies key areas of HRM, including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Additionally, it explores the impact of technological advancements, globalization, diversity, and changing workforce demographics on HRM practices. The review highlights the importance of strategic HRM in driving organizational success and emphasizes the need for HR professionals to adapt to evolving trends and challenges. Furthermore, the paper proposes future research directions and practical implications for enhancing HRM effectiveness in organizations.
