Abstract


Safety management is paramount in industrial settings to ensure the well-being of employees, compliance with regulations, and the prevention of accidents and injuries. This review paper examines various aspects of safety management in industry, including risk assessment, hazard identification, safety training, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance. By synthesizing current research and case studies, the paper highlights best practices and challenges in safety management, emphasizing the importance of a proactive safety culture. The findings underscore the need for organizations to prioritize safety management as a core component of their operations to mitigate risks and promote a safe working environment.
