Anant Dattatray Awasare

Abstract

This review paper delves into the core concepts and foundational theories of management, tracing its evolution from classical to contemporary approaches. We explore key management functions including planning, organizing, leading, and controlling, and examine the contributions of seminal theorists such as Taylor, Fayol, and Drucker. The paper also addresses modern management challenges and the integration of technology in managerial practices. By synthesizing existing literature, this review provides a holistic understanding of management principles and their practical applications in today's dynamic organizational environment.
