Exploring Fintech Growth Through Customer-Centric Strategies: A Regression Analysis of PhonePe’s User Perception

Abstract


Fintech offer services that are supported by communication technology and advancement in Information and technology. Fintech is derived from 2 words, “Finance” and “Technology”. These services are combination of the 2 concepts providing us financial based technological services. Fintech services can be found in various industries which uses technology extensively. Especially the mobile payment apps, e-commerce, virtual currencies, risk management and other industries. One such majorly used mobile payment apps in India is PhonePe, and this has been widely adopted by the vendors especially.

This study focuses on the customer perception of PhonePe, the reason behind its increased popularity and success. The paper focusses on key factors that influence the user experience and their satisfaction. The paper also in detail explores which of those factors have a greater impact on the satisfaction leading to its increased use. In this paper, the analysis is done using combination of various Statistical tools. A Multiple linear Regression analysis is used to evaluate the relationship between the observed factors and the customer perception. The findings of this case will help explore how mobile apps become successful and the factors that make them successful in this digital Era.
