Yoga: A Modern-Day Solution to Stress and Anxiety

M. Bharathi, T. Aditya Sai Srinivas

Abstract

The pace of modern life can have a negative impact on someone's physical, mental, and social health. To better manage the results of people's lifestyle choices; it is essential that more people become aware of the repercussions of modern living. In order to promote a healthy lifestyle, it is important to ensure enough nutrition, participate in regular physical activity, and try to improve communication and socialisation within the community. Doing yoga makes these benefits more accessible, allowing us to enjoy them more readily. Many lifestyle problems are preventable through regular yoga practise. So, this study will concentrate on the relevance of yoga to modern living. Many of the principles I learned in SGRRU's yoga class are reflected in what I've written here. In this section, I also share the observations I made during my own training at the facility. Everyone's number one priority should be improving their health, and yoga practise can help you do so without breaking the bank. As this is the case, the purpose of this article is to convince the reader that regular yoga practise is beneficial to their physical, mental, and spiritual health by outlining yoga's place in modern life.
