Implement performance of three phase induction motor by handling IOT interference

Mrunal Pandhare, Vikram Sathe

Abstract

The Three-Phase motor used in power plant but sometimes interference can’t predict and it will be reducing unit performance. This Paper Presents system handling based on internet of things (IOT) to improve Electric motor performance. Parameters of motor design in MATLAB also by using ESP8266 to predict motors vibration and temperature condition. The result is to avoid damage of electric motor by using cooling fan for overcome temperature and greasing pump for vibration. Using temperature sensor measure temperature range, it will display on LCD parameter and also using vibration sensor predict values of vibration. It motors temperature will increase it will damage the insulation on winding wires and causing short circuits and motor winding “burn out”. Therefore, try to minimize this problem throughout this paper and protect to system . also, by increasing vibration motor will causes mechanical damage to insulation by fracturing, flaking or eroding of material and it is harmful to the engine supporting structure therefore by using solution on this improve motor efficiency. This research contributes to improving motor performance.
