GSM Based Energy Meter for Real Time Billing

Abstract


Estimate readings and bills preparation manually are steps that need to be done in traditional energy metering systems. Such estimated readings and prepared bills manually may have certain discrepancies. With the introduction of an energy meter with automated invoicing, it is now possible to obtain real-time data regarding the user's electricity consumption and automated invoicing with The Arduino UNO board pays off instantly.
