Risk Management of Construction Projects by using Primavera Risk Analysis

Abstract

In primavera risk analysis software (PRA) first have the complete scheduling of the project. After prepared scheduling we performing the risk analysis Risks are analyzed as per risk management process. The process of risk management starts with identifying the risk. In this paper we analyzed the risk by two methods, qualitative and quantitative. This paper includes the use of software i.e. Primavera risk analysis and also its benefits. Schedule preparation is the input of primavera risk analysis software. After risk analysis we get output in the form of graphs from primavera. The result gives the exact idea of construction period of project.
