Sathanandham. T, Sathes Kumar. K, Vijayan. V, Ashokkumar. D

Abstract

The Study was conducted to research the sludge-cement replacement on concrete. The wastewater sludge is generated from the combined effluent of textile industries. The study utilized sludge-cement replacement percentages of 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50%. Were casting of beams are tested such as breaking strength on beam. The Sludge is replaced by concrete the strength is reduced. So the additions of polypropylene fiber to maintain the strength of concrete and the bonding strength will be increased. The adding percentage of polypropylene fiber is 0.5% to 2.5%. And the polypropylene fiber is arrest the cracks on concrete and improving the quality of concrete. The manufactured sand will be used on concrete and it will increase the impact resistance on concrete to compared river sand.
