Abstract

Construction waste is considered as a major throwaway in industries. To overcome the waste generated, a standby is prerequisite by this research using Recycled Aggregate. Recycled materials resides many space by replacing various constituents in concrete. Several researches focus on the replacement of both fine and coarse aggregate. In this paper, research is done by replacement of normal coarse aggregate as Recycled coarse aggregate (RCA). In this study, the percentages of recycled coarse aggregate were (0:100%, 30:70%, 60:40%, 100:0%) respectively. For the above mentioned proportions, load versus deflection curve is being plotted and the proportion with minimum deflection is determined.   The mechanical properties of concrete with the recycled coarse aggregate (RCA) are to be evaluated. The present work is directed towards the evaluation and comparison of natural coarse aggregate concrete and recycled coarse aggregate concrete.
