Abstract

In this work, analyzed the crosstalk of CMOS buffer-driven GNR interconnects for the improvement of delay, peak overshoot and undershoot. The simulations carried to observe the delay by varying the different interconnect lengths and Mean Free Path. It has been observed that as the length increases the delay is increases and with respect to Mean Free path(MFP), as MFP Decreases delay will be increases. All simulations have done for 16nm and 45nm technologies. Out of 3 technologies 16nm technology is having more delay. Hence, as technology advances from 45nm to 16nm the delay increases. Further, analyzed the peak overshoot and undershoot by varying interconnect lengths and MFP. It is observed that as the length increases the peak overshoot and undershoot are also increased, but if the MFP is decreases then peak overshoot and undershoots decreased. All the simulations have done by using the HSpice simulator at different technologies.
