Low Power CMOS Charge Pump at 90nm Technology

Dalam Chand Kankaria, Shobi Bagga

Abstract

Here in this work a low voltage charge pump using dynamic charge transfer switch (CTS) and cross coupled charge pump circuit topology with 90 nm CMOS is proposed. These topologies reduce the backward leakage current and do not suffer from gate oxide reliability issues. Hence it provides low output ripple voltage, better pumping efficiency and stable supply voltage from low drop out (LDO) regulator.
