Embedded based Industrial Protection and Automation with smart power management via IOT

Abstract


Power management is an important aspect towards the development of the country.Power should be utilized efficiently, and for that we require systems which consume power efficiently. The raises in power requirement have pushed the researchers and industrialist to design low power systems. The losses  of energy is a very serious concern.

The environmental care and conservation has become one of the prime concerns for almost every country in the last decades. Human safety andproperty losses are the essential to maintain a balance between industry and industrial environments. Five main components are the reasons for an accident to occur:  the fire, gas leakage, radiation, over voltage and high temperature. In an Internet of Things (IoT) context, the suggested system creates a sensor interface device required for industrial Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) to acquire sensor data. In the context of the Internet of Things, a re-configurable sensible device interface for industrial WSN is being designed, with Arduino serving as the primary controller.  It will process information with high speed on different device information. Here, we've presented a workable industry automation system that enables users to effectively monitor and operate industrial machinery online.
