Smart Expense Tracker with Insights
Abstract
In today's fast-paced digital era, effective personal financial management has become essential for individuals to maintain financial stability and make informed decisions. Traditional methods of recording expenses, such as maintaining handwritten notes or spreadsheets, are often time-consuming, prone to error, and inconvenient. To address these challenges, this paper presents a web- based application titled Smart Expense Tracker, designed to simplify and streamline the process of tracking daily expenses. Developed using Python Flask and MySQL, the system allows users to securely record, categorize, and visualize their financial transactions.
