Abstract

For any operation the patient being in an anaesthetic condition is must. The patient won’t feel any pain during the medical procedure using anaesthetic. If lower amount of anaesthesia is administers the patient may awaken at the mid of the operation. If the operation lasts for a long time, say for suppose for 5 to 6 hours anaesthesia can’t be given in a single stroke to the patient. Over dosage may cause a critical condition for the patients towards death. To avoid such a circumstances the anaesthesia administers limited millilitres of anaesthesia at consistent intervals to the patient. The physician fails to administer the anaesthesia to the patient at the actual interval, to avoid these problems the design of an automatic operation of an anaesthesia machine based on an Arduino is effective. Timer is used to for looping time interval. Buzzer used for indication DC motor rotation. Anaesthesia has to be given to a patients considering various parameters such as heart rate, respirator rate, temperature, etc. the patient analysis during surgery time that data is stored in cloud using IoT.
