Logistic management plays a critical role in modern supply chain operations, facilitating the efficient flow of goods and services from production to consumption. This research paper provides a comprehensive re- view and analysis of logistic management, focusing on strategies to enhance efficiency and sustainability in logistics operations. By examining key concepts, challenges, and emerging trends in logistic manage- ment, this paper aims to contribute to the understanding of best practices and innovative approaches in the field. Through a synthesis of academic literature and industry insights, this thesis identifies critical areas for improvement and proposes actionable recommendations for organizations seeking to optimize their logistic operations.
