PLANT BLOOM – A guide for all plant care needs.
Abstract
This web application is intended for plant enthusiasts, amateur gardeners, and anyone else who wants to get better at taking care of plants. It serves as a user-friendly digital assistant that simplifies the maintenance of a variety of plants. Users can select plant types from an integrated database that contains a wealth of technical information, including recommended soil types, ideal growth circumstances, watering frequency, light exposure needs, and suitable temperature ranges. The goal is to empower users to make informed decisions that will ensure plants develop in a sustainable and healthful way.
The application's user-friendly layout is designed to accommodate users with all degrees of gardening knowledge, from beginners with a few houseplants to seasoned gardeners managing diverse plant collections. It eliminates uncertainty and avoids common problems like overwatering, insufficient sunlight, or improper soil by providing individualized plant care insights.
To provide real-time care advice, more features and integration with external APIs can be added. These improvements would encourage conscientious, sustainable plant care and further improve the user experience.
