Design and Fabrication of Sheet Metal Bender and Cutter

Abstract

The shearing and bending machines are inevitable in the sheet metal industries. But those conventional machines were made up of huge machineries and consumes huge energy and human effort. In order to surpass this we have come with a solution that is sheet metal cutter and bender, which is a combination of both bender and cutter. Our project is mainly concentrated only on small scale industries where the required length of sheet will be lesser and in the meanwhile there in no compromise on precision and the quality of cutting. And it stands out of the box because it is easily portable and convenient as it won't require more skill to operate.
