Design of barrier stick for protection of human beings

Abstract

For every material or element or alloys the protective layer penetration, barrier is present. It may be packaging from food industry, for house building, for agriculture land, human cloths protective layer is necessary for retaining its existence. If we know barrier materials and penetration materials for particular elements or material or things whatever may be the ingredients we save the living things or non-living things long life span. Further in common life we have to protect from enemies whose strong repulsion power to avoid us by knowing barrier and penetration layers, that for individual or for whole nation. The very important cloud which is producing rain there also we can send to other distance place by repulsion, if we want at particular place attracting hot and dry places cloud causes rain.
