Current conductivity study of Carbon Nanotube Compound

Abstract

In this paper, the multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) were functionalized by synthetic treatment for surface adjustment to make a superior interfacial grip among PMMA and nanotubes. The uniform blending of PMMA/MWCNT was donein Torque Rheometer Batch Mixer followed by pre-drying of PMMA in hot air stove. The creation of composite was donewith differing weight rates (0.1%, 0.5% and 1%) of MWCNTin pressure forming machine. The cutting of example embellishment of composites was done in shape shaper. Warm conductivity test was done in various temperatures and the varieties were considered with various arrangement of MWCNT.
