

Authoritative Difficulties Related with Plan and Execution of Innovation in Re-Plan Projects in the Atomic Space
Abstract
When creating human-machine systems, a complicated socio-technical system must prioritize safety. The reason for this study was to find out about authoritative difficulties in overhaul projects in the atomic space. According to the findings of the interviews, stakeholders were more concerned with technology-driven or human factors-driven design. The conclusion was that every member of the project needs to be familiar with and knowledgeable about human factors; these should be featured both in arranging and during the entire iterative plan process, where additionally administrator association is critical. The nuclear power domain's resilience may increase if organizational issues can be resolved.
