Abstract

Rapid development of E-governance applications focuses on need for security and authentication. Blockchain is a recent technology that fulfills this security requirement. Blockchain is a technology that exchange information and transaction in distributed database. Electronic government brings fundamental changes to the distributed governance system, and affects the complete range functions associated with document management and processing. Blockchain Technology is a different technology that prevents government scheme corruption. Blockchain consists of blocks, each block contains current and previous hash .As Blockchain is a distributed ledger so no one can change the data. We are using SHA256 algorithm for providing security to this system. The multiple technological solutions, varying in speed, and therefore the degrees of reliability and data safety. There are some recent technologies that support new principles of compatibility and offering great promise for electronic government. We are developing to implement a web based application for systematic delivery of government schemes with BCT features using java as programming language.
