M. Bharathi, M. Bhuvaneswari, T. Aditya Sai Srinivas

Abstract

The internet has revolutionized the way researchers access and share information. However, the sheer volume of information available can create barriers for researchers who need to sift through numerous resources to find relevant information. Google Scholar has emerged as a popular tool for researchers, providing easy access to academic literature across various disciplines. This paper examines the role of Google Scholar in breaking barriers to research. It explores how Google Scholar has transformed the research process by enabling researchers to quickly and efficiently search for relevant literature, increasing the accessibility of academic resources, and facilitating collaboration among researchers. The paper also discusses some of the limitations of Google Scholar and the need for researchers to be aware of potential biases in the search results. Overall, this paper highlights the important role of Google Scholar in facilitating research and providing access to academic literature, while also emphasizing the importance of critical evaluation of search results.
