E-Mentoring: A Role-Based Mentorship Platform for Education and Career Development

Abstract


As technology rapidly advances, to grow in both your career and personal life, having good mentors and advice really matters. Through the Online Mentoring System, mentees can easily connect with skilled mentors from different industries to get help, advice, and learn new things. It’s designed to simplify mentoring with tools like easy mentor search, chat, meeting scheduling, and secure profile handling—all built to scale. The platform also encourages continuous learning and networking, helping users build meaningful professional relationships and stay updated with industry trends.
