Analysis of Pneumatic Control Mechanisms for Optimized Mechanical Systems

S J Mulani

Abstract

Pneumatic control systems have gained significant attention due to their efficiency, simplicity, and adaptability in modern mechanical applications. This research explores innovative designs and mechanisms using pneumatic control to enhance precision, energy efficiency, and reliability. By integrating advanced pneumatic components, control algorithms, and real-world case studies, this paper presents a comprehensive analysis of their operational efficiency in automation, robotics, and industrial machinery. The study evaluates performance metrics such as force output, response time, and energy consumption, offering a framework for optimizing mechanical systems through pneumatic technologies. Experimental setups and simulations validate the findings, emphasizing the potential for scalable applications in industrial environments.
