Using Industry 4.0 to Improve Zero-Defect Manufacturing Processes

Shikha Mahajan

Abstract

The practical application of Industry 4.0 concepts to improve manufacturing procedures and accomplish zero-defect manufacturing is examined in this study. The research investigates how cutting-edge technologies, such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, and smart automation, can be integrated to achieve the lofty objective of zero faults in manufacturing operations through a thorough case study. The findings confirm Industry 4.0's ability to transform current manufacturing paradigms by demonstrating its observable effects on process efficiency, defect reduction, and product quality enhancement.
