Architecture inspired by biomimicry
Abstract
Greek terms mimesis, which means to imitate, and bios, which means life, are the source of the phrase biomimicy. Therefore, the goal of biomimicry is to generate new and effective solutions by mimicking the forms and behaviors of natural life. The goal of biomimicry is to replicate natural systems and elements in order to potentially address challenging human issues.
