Abstract


Drug-induced marrow suppression (DIMs) refers to a condition where certain medications interfere with the normal function of the bone marrow, leading to a decrease in the production of blood cells. This condition can result in anemia, leukopenia, and thrombocytopenia, posing significant risks to patients' health. To effectively identify and manage adverse medication reactions, healthcare providers must possess a thorough understanding of the etiology, clinical symptoms, diagnosis, and management of drug interactions.
