Abstract

Filoviruses, often known as Ebola infections, can cause severe illness that typically consists of vomiting, diarrhea, and seldom bleeding and a comatose state that ends in death. This can result in significant morbidity and mortality. This activity explains about the diagnosis and management of filovirus diseases along with a focus on the Ebola virus disease and emphasizes the inter professional and public health role regarding the management of patients along with this disease and containing outbreaks.
