Sheetal P Patil, Uday Bhartiya, Harshitha Patil, Mayur Patil

Abstract

In recent years, the demand for digitized legal and administrative services has significantly increased, highlighting the need for efficient case management systems. This paper presents the development of an e-Portal aimed at facilitating case management hearings for various types of cases, including civil, criminal, and administrative. The proposed portal provides a centralized and user-friendly platform for scheduling hearings, tracking case progress, and managing related documents. By incorporating features such as automated notifications, role-based user access, and real-time updates, the system enhances transparency, reduces manual workload, and ensures timely justice delivery. The platform is designed to be scalable, secure, and adaptable to different institutional requirements, ultimately contributing to a more streamlined legal process.
