Abstract


v  In today’s communication environment, email remains personal interactions. Writing email replies manually can be time-consuming, mainly for professionals handling multiple conversations. Switch the Al -generated tools they can writing quick and accurate email replies can be time-consuming. Under pressure, people often make mistakes, leading to delays and reduced productivity Easy to use Gmail extension that gives context-aware reply suggestions, which helps users reply to emails faster and with better accuracy. This challenge highlights the need for solutions that improve the speed, clarity, and accuracy of email responses. The Smart AI Email Assistant show combination modern web technologies—JavaScript, React, and Spring Boot email can work together to create a fast, reliable, and user-friendly solution for everyday email communication challenges. Provides different tones (Professional, Friendly, Casual, etc.). Integrates directly into Gmail through a Chrome Extension. The user opens an email in Gmail and clicks the “AI Reply” button in the Chrome extension. The extension collects the visible context (email history, subject, sender) needed to draft a reply.

The Smart AI-Based Email Assistant effectively mainly how artificial intelligence can improve communication by automating replies with accuracy and contextual understanding.
