Productivity Improvement by Debottlenecking & Line Balancing

Abstract

Associated with this renowned, technically and systematically well settled company New Holland Fiat India Pvt. Ltd. for approx. 4.5 years with New Projects Development - manufacturing division as project leader of axle plant. It includes both rear and front axles of agriculture and construction equipment (4 wheel drive & 2 Wheel drive axle) for domestic and international market. They are Responsible for new axle development and implementation of project in production line as per design of Axles. My main responsibilities - Line balancing, facility planning, equipment planning, layout designing, and assembly line streamlining and for all these, budget controlling.
