Abstract

We use to design and fabricate “ROCKER BOGIE WHEELCHAIR” with an automated hierarchy structure. This research deals with the important aspect of improving the rocker-bogie from its previous designs. A wheelchair rocker-bogie is a chair with wheels, used when walking is difficult or impossible due to illness, injury, problems related to old age, or disability. These can include spinal cord injuries (paraplegia, hemiplegia, and quadriplegia), cerebral palsy, brain injury, osteogenesis imperfecta, motor neuron disease, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, and spina bifida, and more. This rocker-bogie is specially used for the paralyzed or armed children who find difficulty while walking on the slant or hilly roads and is completely automated by the programming in order to climb and overcome the obstacles.
