The languages speaking as good exercise in practical human life

Abstract


The human can talk , speak in many of the languages in day to day life. One can gather information’s from tongue exercise as movement of tongue leads to amplitude and  frequency of vibration from several nerves, this leads to perfect exercise which is nothing but exercise. In most of the languages the alphabets are not similar hence movement of tongue not so easily happening for perfect energetic movement.  for example in English LA is called some tone but same in kannada ಳ, ಲೃ,  that’s nothing but languages not similar alphabets. not only these languages all languages has some alphabets are not similar pronunciation as movement of tongue or lip way of vibration of sound energy. This paper specially focus on how the vibration energy of sound leads to perfect exercise. From this no need to physical exercise daily just saying, speaking, talking in many languages this is the advantage of language exercise.
