Coconut Water Extraction Machine: Design and Custom Made

Abstract

This research encompasses an examination of the challenges encountered while cutting immature coconuts for commercial use. Through the examination of this issue, the need for a highly effective coconut cutting apparatus was established. The commercialization of the created equipment would provide benefits in addressing the issue of coconut water utilisation within the hospitality industry, namely hotels and restaurants. The objective of this research is to design, experiment with, and assess the efficacy of a machine specifically designed for cutting immature coconut fruits. This equipment is deemed appropriate for industrial applications and the large-scale extraction of coconut water.
